Pricing:
Web Prices do not reflect in store prices. Because of the high volume and lower cost of sales over the internet, our pricing structure is different from selling over the counter. By us saving we can pass that over to you through the web. However, if you are in the area, we welcome all will call orders placed over the net to further save our customer's the rising cost of shipping.
Shipping:
We ship anywhere in the continental United States.
All orders to the 48 contiguous states are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise
specified by the customer.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other US Territories are shipped
by USPS Priority Mail and generally arrive in 5-7 business days.
International Orders:
We currently do not accept orders from outside the United States.
Customer Guarantee:
We guarantee all products we sell against defects or hidden damage. If you have
a defective product, please call us to arrange for the return, credit or replacement
of the product. Returns must be within 30 Days of the purchase date.
Return policy:
If for whatever reason you need to return a product you must obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Please fully read our return policy
below.
Prior to returning a product You must obtain an RMA number
before returning a product for any reason. Products without an RMA will
not be accepted for return, whether for exchange or credit. Returns for
credit must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. After
30 days of original invoice date, most products must be exchanged with the manufacturer.
Please consult the product packaging for further warranty information.
If we have failed to provide you with the correct product you ordered, or if
there is a defect in the product, you can return the unused product in its original
packaging to us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
If you inavertantly ordered the wrong product, you can return the product within
10 days from your order date. You will be given credit for the value of
the product if it is returned in its original, unopened packaging. Opened
or defaced items, except in the event of a defect, may not be returned.
Opened retail boxes or equipment may not be returned for credit and will only
be exchanged for the same if found defective and returned within 15 days. Some
products are supported directly through the manufacturer and must be returned
accordingly.
RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.
Insuring your return is highly recomended. California Tape Products cannot be responsible for lost
or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit
will be issued and will appear on your billing statement less shipping.
When returning an item, it must be returned to us with all accessories, manuals,
cables that originally came packed with the product in its original box in order
to receive an exchange. Product returned missing any items or which are
defaced will be, at our discretion, either returned to you or subjected to a
25% minimum restocking fee.
Please package your return with appropriate protection for the product.
If you are not sure how to package an item for safe shipping, please consult
a local shipping company or contact us. Please place the RMA number the
outside of the shipping box next to the address label before returning it to
us.
